Our Team is Evolving, and We Couldn’t Be More Excited!
As our business grows so does the demand for our time and excellence. We were fortunate enough to find some great talent in the real estate community this year; hungry to help new home buyers realize their dream of homeownership. And, we were able to create and provide additional value to both our seller and buyer clients, as well as to our community. And, now we’re going to take this moment to introduce you to both!
Let’s start with the newest member to the Millam Real Estate Group, and a great addition to our Buyer’s Agent power team, Erika Holland!
Erika Holland
Erika was driven to become a REALTOR® because of her passion to help people tackle a challenge and realize their dreams. She previously owned and operated a daycare and then worked 2 years as a special education para in her school district. Now, with the support of her family, Erika is taking her organization and managerial experience, as well as her ability to guide others through an educational journey, and is applying those skill sets, her compassion, patience, and thirst for success to helping buyers realize their goals.
Erika and her husband, Josh, have been happily married since 1996; high school sweethearts, and have two amazing children. Both children, now young adults in their 20’s, are attending college and pursing education in finance.
Josh is the owner/operator of JPS Coatings which provides residential and commercial painting services. And, both Josh and their son are Marine veterans. Their military experience puts Erika in another unique position; one who has a unique connection with military families near and far.
She knows what it’s like to worry about the safety of loved ones while celebrating the small victories of a community. There’s a special support system for families in the military… you’re a part of something larger than yourself. Erika will that knowledge and experience on her mission to help other military families reach their real estate goals.

What else is new?
We added another great new member to our team this year -- The Millam Group Moving Trailer. Okay, so it’s more like a client-feature, but it’s still a part of our family and a great new benefit to our clients and to local community non-profit organizations.
Now, making the move to a new home is even less stressful. No more worries about making 6 trips in the family hatchback. We’re already getting great feedback about the gracious cargo space and convenience of use, and we’re looking forward to sharing the perk with even more buyers and sellers in the new year!
